Sauvignon Blanc is an expressive grape that lends itself to the south of France. Michel sources the fruit for this refreshing wine from the appellations of Cabardès and Malepère.
The vines are situated at altitudes of 230 to 320 metres, where the sweeping plains north of the Pyrenees are dotted with hills. The grapes benefit from a cooling Atlantic influence, producing a crisp white wine rooted in the Languedoc.
