Nestled under a rocky escarpment, Domaine Plan de Roque is home to many of the typical grape varieties grown in the wider Occitanie region of France.
Michel decided to harness the potential of this terroir by creating three wines – each one a different colour, each one a faithful reflection of his home patch in the south of France. This is Michel’s white wine.

Tasting notes
This Aude Hauterive IGP white has an undeniably sunny disposition. Fine and complex on both the nose and palate, with impeccable balance between tension and richness helping to showcase garrigue-driven aromas and flavours. The finish is long and fresh.
And the pairing?
Pairs well with grilled sardines on focaccia as well as creamy risotto with Mediterranean vegetables.
