Michel has always wanted to honour the purity and tremendous diversity of wines in his home region of Corbières. He has achieved this goal by creating a unique trio of Domaine Plan de Roque wines in three different colours. This Aude Hauterive IGP rosé is one of them.

Tasting notes
Pleasantly fresh, complex, sun-kissed nose, with garrigue-inflected floral notes offering an emphatic reminder that this rosé is positively rooted in the south of France. Lots of gorgeous fruit on a fragrant, summery palate, ending on a long, elegant finish.
And the pairing?
This rosé pairs particularly well with summer vegetable dishes and pissaladière pizza.
